To celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary we partnered with our friends at Blue Clover Distillery in Scottsdale to develop a corn-to-bottle cocktail bitters that is distilled from gluten-free corn and barrel-aged for three months in Dorado Whiskey barrels. Produced in small batches, the Whiskey Del Bac
and Blue Clover Singed Orange Bitters are a combination of granules of various singed orange peels, several different herbs, with just the right amount of spice. They start off each batch with only premium and sweet Arizona zested orange peels macerated in Blue Clover’s high proof natural based spirit. The traditional navel orange aroma meets the nose as the delicate notes of spices like cardamom, clove, wildflower, and sweet cinnamon closely follow the palate, giving these one-of-a-kind bitters that Southwest flavor.
