Demerara Syrup

This syrup contains demerara sugar and filtered water. The raw sugar gives a caramel hint to your Old Fashioned. High sugar content allows us to avoid preservatives -- and allows you to use less. Our personal preference is to use it in an Old Fashioned with Dorado for a sweet and smoky cocktail.
