WHISKEY SOUR RECIPE
(Makes 1 Serving)
2 ounces Classic or Dorado
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
¾ ounce Demerara Syrup
orange wheel (for serving)
Optional and not included in kit: mix in an egg white to get it more frothy
1.) Mix Classic or Dorado, lemon juice, and Demerara syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2.) Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
3.) Strain cocktail through a strainer or a slotted spoon into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wheel and enjoy.
