Ichabod is a mesquited American Single Malt Whiskey aged in ex-Classic barrels that finished 8-Bit Aleworks “Ichabod Crane’s Nightmare” Pumpkin Imperial Stout. With heavy notes of pumpkin spice and a touch of petrichor on the nose, Ichabod leads with flavors of nutmeg and clove, giving way to heavy mesquite on the mid-palate, and a long lingering finish of cinnamon.

Xocolatl is a mesquited American Single Malt Whiskey aged in ex-Classic barrels that finished 8-Bit Aleworks “Mayan Chocolossus” Chocolate Imperial Stout. With notes of burnt cinnamon sugar, pain au chocolat, and soft hints of smoke, Xocolatl offers a taste of chili pepper on the front, dark chocolate across the mid-palate, and a lingering finish of honey, vanilla, and spice.

With notes of campfire, seared marshmallow, and graham cracker, Loretta offers a taste of sweet mesquite smoke up front, followed quickly by a bright blossom of cinnamon, and finishes with flavors of sweet dark chocolate and marzipan.
