Sentinel Rye - 750 mL

For Sentinel, we began with a sweet, bold blend of three-year-old and two-year-old 95% rye-5% malt straight rye whiskies distilled and aged in Indiana. The blend is finished on freshly harvested Whiskey Del Bac® mesquited barrel staves. It’s then filtered across mesquite charcoal from our mesquited malting process in what we call the Pima County Process™.

The result: A striking straight rye whiskey with the bold flavors of a traditional 95% rye, smoothed by the soft roundness of a hint of mesquite. Dubbed Sentinel, meaning “one who watches over or is the keeper of”, this rye is befitting of America's oldest whiskey style while imbuing the essence of the desert.
