Summer Distiller's Cut 2025

Our annual Distiller's Cuts are ways to explore the seasonality and complexity of American Single Malt Whiskey.

Focusing on old world single malt styling, our Master Distiller & Blender Mark A. Vierthaler built the Summer 2025 release on the backbone of our lightly smoked American single malt, finished in third-use Sauternes casks. We then blended in some of our unsmoked single malt that was aged in used Whiskey Del Bac barrels vs. our usual first-use casks. Finally, we added a splash of a rhum agricole barrel we still had laying around.

The end result is light, ethereal with notes of grilled peach fresh off the grill.
