In collaboration with Monsoon Chocolate, this award-winning bar utilizes a 74% Dark Chocolate blend of transparently sourced, fine flavor cocoa beans. The beans were selected for their distinct tasting notes to compliment the flavors imparted from the oak barrels previously used to age our Dorado Whiskey.
