About this year's release:

The Fall 2026 Distiller's Cut is like wrapping yourself in a blanket on a slightly cool autumn evening in Baja Arizona.

This release features a variety of casks that were then artfully blended:

Mesquited Malt finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Botas lend rich notes of walnut and grapeskin

Mesquited Malt finished in former Sentinel of the Desert™ Bourbon barrels lend brown sugar

Unsmoked Malt with a Tawny Port finish for some bright fruit and deepened body

A splash of unsmoked malt from an ex-tequila cask for vegetal notes and intrigue.
