Sentinel Bourbon - 750 mL

Our profound love of the desert led us to create a bourbon whiskey steeped in the traditions of the Desert Southwest. 

Sentinel Bourbon™ starts with a 60% yellow corn, 35% pumpernickel rye, and 5% heritage malt bourbon mash bill and is finished on freshly harvested Whiskey Del Bac® mesquited barrel staves. It’s then filtered across mesquite charcoal from our mesquited malting process in what we call the Pima County Process™.

This produces a bright but punchy bourbon, dripping in smoked apple pie on the nose. The mesquite smoke takes a supporting role across the palate, finishing with long lasting singed vanilla.
